What is your TAT?

Our TAT is now 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS. This DOES NOT include weekends OR holidays and TAT does not start until the business day after you place your order. We have a longer TAT than most as we are a military family and are currently stationed overseas in Guam.

Return Policy

All items are inspected for quality before packaging. If there is a problem with your order once received, please reach out to us directly via our Contact Us tab, Fb Page, or email (bandzdesigns22@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, regarding any issues or concerns. If you provide photo evidence for proof of said issues to me, I will gladly give you your choice between another package being sent out or a shop credit refund. Since I offer custom items, I do not offer cash refunds unless the error was of my own mistake (sizing, wrong item, etc.)

* The heat press can leave press lines which go away with first wash. If you notice any other defects BEFORE washing or wearing please contact us within 24 hours of shipment being received.

B&Z WILL COVER SHIPPING COSTS AND HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR DAMAGED OR ERRORED PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED TO US BEFORE REFUND IS INITIATED. 

Can I track my order?

Your tracking information is uploaded directly to your email once your order has been processed and/or shipped. If you did not receive it, please reach out to us directly.

How are your items made?

All shirts are pressed with an industrial heat press and are made in two ways. One - using sublimation ink. Sublimation becomes one with the shirt. So if you rub your hand over it you can't feel it.

Two - For darker colored shirts I make them using vinyl or DTF transfers (Direct To Film) since the ink from sublimation would be very faded on the darker colors. These process’ are a material that adheres to the top of the fabric. They can be felt and may shine in the light.

*Please keep that in mind when choosing your color of tee.

Item Care

When orders are shipped, each item comes with a care card that provides all washing and care instructions for a long lasting product.
